Delete your Sticktime account

You can delete your account from inside the Android app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

IN THE APP

    Open Sticktime

  2. 02

    Go to Settings

  3. 03

    Select Delete account

  4. 04

    Reauthenticate

  5. 05

    Type DELETE and confirm

Request deletion by email.

Preferably email from the address connected to your Sticktime account. Identity verification may be required.

WHAT DELETION MEANS

Data removed and retained

Deleted

Account access and personal profile information, uploaded media, feed posts, comments, votes, favourites and notifications are deleted.

Community listings

Eligible contributed spots may remain as generic Community listings. Retained listings remove the contributor’s identity, original name, original description, media and contributor comments. Unsafe or private locations may be permanently removed.

Limited retention

Limited information may be retained where legally necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Deletion may therefore require verification and is not always immediate.
